A leader on our residential moving team, Alex goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is happy. His attention to detail and creative problem-solving consistently leaves customers genuinely delighted with his service. Recently, he designed a rig on the spot to remove stuck bolts from table legs, saving the day for a very appreciative customer.

Q: What’s been your most rewarding experience at Able? | ¿Cuál ha sido tu experiencia más gratificante en Able?
A: Poder armar muebles de clientes que tienen valor sentimental, y que muchas veces no vienen con manual de instrucciones y ver y escuchar de ellos lo felices que están de haber podido hacer eso por ellos. | Being able to assemble customer’s furniture that has sentimental value, and that many times doesn’t come with an instruction manual and seeing and hearing from them how happy they are that I was able to do that for them.
Q: What’s your advice for others looking to make an impact? | ¿Qué consejo le darías a otros que buscan generar un impacto?
